Volunteer with CARAD

CARAD is a volunteer-led organisation, powered by the dedication of over 200 volunteers who generously donate their time, expertise, and skills to make a positive impact on the lives of asylum seekers, refugees, and detainees. Our volunteers are at the heart of our work, contributing in countless ways to support our community and promote dignity, well-being, and inclusion.

We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities, with options for both long-term commitments and shorter-term engagements to suit different availability and interests. Currently, we have opportunities in our CARAD Pantry, where volunteers assist in providing essential food and hygiene products to clients, and in our Opening Doors Program, which supports individuals in transitioning to life in the community. Whether you’re looking to get involved regularly or on a more flexible basis, there is a role for you at CARAD.
