We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to lead CARAD to its next phase of attaining a sustainable funding model. Through the development and implementation of key strategies, you will drive strategic and operational outcomes to diversify funding streams.
The Fundraising Manager will work closely with the General Manager and the Management Committee’s (i.e. Board) Fundraising Sub-Committee to achieve key objectives.
ABOUT YOU:
Ideally 5+ years’ experience in fundraising in the not-for-profit sector
Experience in planning, developing and implementing fundraising strategies
Experience working with CaLD clients and colleagues, including asylum seekers, refugees and detainees is desirable
Proven track record in building relationships and partnerships with individuals, networks and organisations
